As part of its dedication to ensuring the successful adoption and dissemination of evidence-based solutions for the prevention, intervention, and treatment of OUDs, CaroNova is committed to providing technical assistance (TA) to interested organizations who would like support with implementing these tools.
Implementation TA is inclusive of a wide array of support, ranging from webinars, peer learning, and expert coaching. There is no cost for North and South Carolina hospitals to receive this assistance and each site can engage at the level of intensity at which they have capacity. Please complete the form below to help us understand your support needs.
The North Carolina Healthcare Foundation is offering a Learning Collaborative opportunity to a cohort of up to eight (8) North Carolina hospitals that have implemented emergency department-based buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder. The Learning Collaborative will focus on scaling hospitals’ existing programs and strengthening their ability to facilitate community connections for patients’ ongoing treatment after discharge. Hospitals participating in the Learning Collaborative will receive virtual group learning sessions with expert coaching and technical assistance; peer learning alongside other sites in learning collaborative; access to a clinical expert for ad hoc questions; and access to resource repository. The next Learning Collaborative session will be July 24, 10:00am-11:30am. If you or your hospital are interested in participating, please contact Jessica Foster at jfoster@ncha.org.
